Thank you for choosing Holord™. These terms and conditions govern the sale, warranty, and use of Holord™ products and services. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our products.

Definitions

Holord™ refers to Holord Pte Ltd. 

Customer refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using Holord™ products. 

Products include Holord™ hologram displays, supporting accessories, software, and any accompanying documentation.

Scope Of Use

Holord™ products are designed for professional applications, including marketing, educational, and entertainment purposes. Customers agree to use the products as intended and not engage in unauthorized or illegal activities.

Warranty and Maintenance

• Holord™ products are covered under a 12-month warranty. During this time, Holord™ will repair or replace defective products. 

• If a defect occurs, the Customer must notify Holord™ and provide proof of purchase. Upon verification of the defect, Holord™ will determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate. 

• The warranty period begins on the date the products are shipped. 

• Holord™ does not offer refunds or accept returns. Instead, any verified defect during the warranty period will be addressed by repair or replacement.

After-Sales Service Conditions

• The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing faults. 

• The warranty does not cover: 

           o Damage due to misuse, abuse, or negligence. 

           o Unauthorized modifications or repairs. 

           o Natural disasters or other force majeure events. 

• For issues not covered under warranty, Holord™ offers paid maintenance services.

• The Customer is responsible for ensuring proper use and handling of the products.

Software and Licensing

• Software included with Holord™ products is licensed, not sold, and is subject to the Holord™ End User License Agreement (EULA).

• Customers may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software.

• Software updates are subject to the EULA and may require acceptance of additional terms.

Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property rights related to Holord™ products remain the property of Holord™ or its licensors.

• Customers are prohibited from copying, modifying, or using Holord™’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

Export Compliance

  • Customers agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws, regulations, and restrictions.
  • Holord™ products may not be used in violation of international trade laws or sanctions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of [Singapore], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in Singapore courts unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Changes to Terms

  • Holord™ reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
  • Updated terms will be posted at [https://holord.com/terms-and-conditions].
  • Continued use of Holord™ products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
