A holographic fan, also known as a hologram fan or holographic display fan, is a type of device that uses LED lights and spinning blades to create the illusion of a holographic image or video floating in the air. The blades on the holographic fan rotate at high speeds, creating a persistence of vision effect, which allows the LED lights to create a 3D image or video that appears to be floating in the air. The holographic fan can display a variety of logos, animations, and videos, making it a popular choice for advertising and marketing.

Check whether the power supply is properly connected and if the circuit is functioning correctly.
Check if the fan blade installation is secure and the power supply is normal. Individual LED damage might be the issue; in that case, contact the supplier for repair.
Verify if the device is powered, and check if it might be in slave mode or an emergency stop state. You can switch to master mode, lift the emergency stop, and power it on again. If the problem persists, please contact the vendor.
The device might be in slave mode. Switch it to master mode, power it off, then power it back on and reconnect.
Allow the device some time to warm up and replay the video. Ensure that the speakers and app volume are turned up. You can also attempt to reconnect both devices.
Press and hold the mode button (located behind the fan) for 5 seconds and then press the match button (also located behind the fan) twice. The lights should flash green when the videos are in sync.
